FREEDOM FITNESS

FREEDOM from letting other people tell you how to eat. Freedom from media, diet books, movies, publishers, models, instagram, 7-day, 14-day, 30-day challenges, your friend's advice, misleading food labeling, commercials & marketing. Freedom from feeling like a bad person when you eat food that you have "forbidden". Freedom from not knowing what to do in social situations that include food. Freedom from not wearing the clothes you want to wear because you are self-conscious. Freedom from constraints, judgement and fear.

My Philosophy

I believe that true health and happiness comes from a holistic approach that recognizes you as an individual, whole being.

Everyone is unique. There is no cookie cutter solution that will magically get everyone the same perfect body. I work with clients one on one to experiment and discover what works best for your own body.

I believe there is a nutrition and fitness lifestyle that will help you free yourself from yo-yo dieting & physical activity that you don’t enjoy and give you a sustainable way of living that satisfies your health, fitness & aesthetic needs and goals.
